Hi all!
We are well underway with camp preparations for this June 1-10, 2017!
The team looks very different this year. We will be missing some of our dearest members of the past but getting back some dear members from the past too! And thank you to all who are donating and have already donated to make camp a reality.
God is faithful to provide in every way.
We are going back to our roots, so to speak, by having our camp back at the first one I ever experienced; Bonao. Hopefully there are screens on the windows now as we all pray to remain uninfected by biting mosquitoes. As always I ask for prayer for the team's safety while out of the states.
Above all I ask for your prayers regarding the hearts and minds of the children we have with us from around the country. Pray that our dramas, teachings and time with the campers is fruitful for the Lord.
Speaking of fruit, that is what our theme for the week is, Fruit of the Spirit. It is a difficult concept to get across but we know the Lord goes before us in all of our efforts so we have confidence in what we present to them. But please pray that we remain true to His Word in all we do in His name.
In His service, for His glory,
The team of Hands of Joy
